1. Who we are

Travel Buddy is the consumer-facing AI trip companion product associated with aibuddy.life. By creating an account, buying credits, or using the mobile/web experiences, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Travel Buddy provides AI-assisted chat, creative tools (including travel video generation), and publishing helpers such as YouTube upload flows. Features may change as we ship updates. Some capabilities consume prepaid credits sold in USD.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your US state of residence.
You are responsible for keeping sign-in codes and API keys confidential.
Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or content that violates platform rules (including YouTube policies).

4. Payments and credits

Credits and subscriptions are priced in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Unused credits may expire according to the offer shown at purchase. Chargebacks for used credits may result in account suspension.

5. AI output disclaimer

Travel advice, itineraries, and generated media are assistive only. Verify travel requirements, visas, safety advisories, and bookings with official sources before you go. We do not guarantee model accuracy.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. US residents may have additional rights under state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
