“The Brutalist” emerged as a major winner at the Globes, bagging the award for the best drama film and also scoring in the acting and directing categories. In the musical or comedy category, “Emilia Pérez” earned the best motion picture win. TV shows “Hacks” and “Shōgun” won in the best comedy and best drama categories, respectively.

The Golden Globes’ Host: Nikki Glaser
Adding to the event’s charm and humor was comedian Nikki Glaser, who made history as the first woman to solely host the Golden Globe Awards. Glaser was announced as the host following a breakout performance during Comedy Central’s “The Roast of Tom Brady.” She shared that former Golden Globes host Ricky Gervais gave her some valuable advice: “Just be yourself. You’re not one of them. Don’t try to walk out there acting like you’re an A-lister just because you’re invited.”
The Venue: The Beverly Hilton Hotel
The Golden Globes were held at the iconic Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. This landmark venue is no stranger to glamor and has been a staple of Hollywood events for decades.
